I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. I feel utterly let down and hope my story can save someone else the headache. After weeks of waiting and getting nowhere, my feelings are best summed up by what I eventually posted online: "Worst customer service experience ever. Unable to sign in using the correct email address to reset password. Glasses delivered with scratch on lens. Request to speak with customer service representative not answered after waiting for over 2 hours on two separate attempts." The flawed product and the complete inability to reach anyone forced me to keep trying to contact their support, hoping to resolve what should have been a simple issue.
Customer: I've been trying to reach someone for days. My new glasses arrived with a scratch right on the lens, and your password reset system is broken so I can't even log in to my account to report it.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your new glasses and the trouble you've had reaching us. Can I have your email address and order number, please?
Customer: It's [email address], but I've already waited on hold for hours twice this week. A scratched lens is unacceptable quality control. I'm incredibly frustrated with this whole process.
