I'm writing this as a warning to others about my terrible online shopping experience. Frustrating is the word to describe this company - dishonest would be another. They claim 6 days to produce the glasses - has anyone really had them make good on this? Their customer service bot is worthless and I doubt there are any HUMAN reps. I ordered for a trip thinking no problem, it will take a few weeks - that has come and gone and no date in sight. Pretty disappointed that they mislead on how long it actually takes, probably shipped from China. After getting nowhere, I felt I had to try and reach a live person to demand answers, which led to this conversation.
Customer: My order is weeks late! I bought these for a trip that's already over. Your website promises a 6-day production time, which is a complete lie.
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the delay and the frustration this has caused. Could you please provide me with your order number so I can check its status for you?
Customer: The order is #78910. I'm just so disappointed. I feel like you mislead customers about how long it takes just to get the sale.
