SCAM ALERT 🚨: Trapped in an Automated Nightmare with No Way Out
I'm writing this as a warning about my awful experience, hoping you won't fall into the same trap. After receiving glasses with a clear issue, I was forced through a completely automated system just to try and get help. This entire ordeal led me to a simple conclusion: Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. The conversation I finally had with their support team only confirmed my worst fears.
Customer: I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my order for days. Your automated system is useless, and I need to speak to a person who can actually fix this.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into the issue?
Customer: It's [Order Number]. The prescription is wrong. I can't see out of them. It feels like you took my money and now I’m stuck with a useless product. I need this fixed.
CS Rep: According to our policy, sir, you must go through the online returns portal to handle prescription issues. There is nothing further I can do for you on this call.
Customer: That portal isn't working! That's why I'm calling you! Is this a scam? I want to file a complaint about this entire process and your lack of help.
CS Rep: Sir, I have given you the required procedure. There is no one else for you to speak to. Thank you for your call.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
